Situated on the 1st floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). ​The property is on the first floor with a lift; however, it is not suitable or equipped for wheelchair access.

The property is situated near a road; there may be some noise disturbance.

The property is laid out as follows:

The flat is ideally situated in Sète, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… The residence has a tennis court. There’s access to the garrigue for walks and to reach the Pierres Blanches site.
