This downstairs unit offers 1 bedroom with a king bed, a pull-out sofa, and a washer and dryer. There is also a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cooktop. Outside you will find one dedicated parking space as well as street parking and a shared patio area with a fire pit.

This place makes you feel like you’re in your own home away from home. The Owner is very respectful and everything was truly amazing. If I ever need to stay up in Augusta again I will be booking this place again.
