The location is very convenient for walking around in downtown area. Everything looked exactly as it described and super clean. It is perfect for couple or family with young children.
We did use the sofa bed in the living room for my son. The mattress for the sofa bed is a little bit too thin, so you can feel the spring inside. There are extra sheets and pillows for the sofa bed, but no comforter-better prepare one if you plan to use the sofa bed.

Nice one bedroom one bath condo. Very clean and had all the essentials. Everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Only negative was early morning traffic was a bit loud, a trailer down an old brick road is an alarm clock. Definitely worth the price!

We had a great stay at Allan’s property. The apartment was stocked with all you could need. It was very walkable to the riverfront, market, and Forsyth Park is steps away. We would definitely stay here again.
