📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.
💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.

Lovely home with great Denver area location. The house is centrally located for exploring Denver, Red Rocks, Golden, Boulder and more. It is also beautifully decorated with western art work and pretty decor throughout the house. It is also spacious and has ample room for bigger groups. With 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths over three floors, there is plenty of room for everyone. There’s a sweet little outdoor space too with the hot tub, fire ring, seating, and lighting. Loved the basement too with the Cool kids Club room, poker table, bar, and pool table.Appreciate the quick response from owner too. They were very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to all.

This property was perfect for our family gathering -- both inside and outside. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The host was a great communicator throughout the process. Would definitely book again.

Let me start by saying I hate to give negative reviews, but I think it is important that the owners and renters are aware that the house is not as maintained as the pictures suggest. The front and back landscapes have not been properly kept up and are overgrown. A large dead plant sits on the front entry way. I was extremely embarrassed as I had multiple guests in town for my daughter's graduation and had shared how beautiful the home was we would be staying in. Additionally, the house across the street is a mess and eyesore. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. However, the kitchen floor has not been properly cleaned, ever? We had to clean it multiple times to get up the black dirt/grime on the kitchen floor. The stove inside door was filthy as well. Carpets going downstairs had big stains and walls just seems dirty. Overall the house is not being kept up and presentable. The house itself is beautiful and worked great for the graduation party, however not up to standards that I would have expected by the pictures and VRBO rental at this cost. The grill was unusable because it has never been cleaned and only one side would light because it was clogged. This completed impacted our food preparation plans for my stay. They owner apologized for the inconvenience, but this is not good maintenance of what is stated as available at the house and guests plan for. I hope they can work to clean up this property. It is a beautiful house.
