Historic restored home in the heart of the Delano district. Home is literally steps from a wide variety of restaurants and bars! Place can accommodate up to 6 people, additional fee of $15 per person after four people. One queen size bed, one full, and a queen pull out bed. Long term option is available at discounted rate up from 20 to 30%. House has no driveway, street parking only. We welcome everyone professional/leisure. Out of respect for our neighbors NO loud parties! No pets allowed, and any unlawful misrepresentation of serve animal is a class A misdemeanor in the state of Kansas.

Very friendly hosts from before I even arrived until after I left. Very communicative and clear directions. Clean home. Very cute and quaint with lots of history. Beautiful original hardwood floors as of my visit. Gas station, food, and attractions are very close. some within walking distance others within just a short drive. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect location. Was in walking distance to our conference and many dining options. We were even close to a spa and were able to enjoy a massage. The home is wonderfully kept and well decorated. Communication was perfect and timely.
