This private haven features a fenced yard and a sparkling private pool, perfect for relaxation and family fun. Located near Humacao and Palmas Del Mar, you're just a 45-minute drive from San Juan Airport, the enchanting Bioluminescent Bay at Laguna Grande in Fajardo, and the lush El Yunque Rainforest. Once completed, the system is designed to provide greater energy resilience and help keep essential home systems powered during utility outages—all while adding clean solar energy to the property.

Our relaxing beach vacation home offers everything you need for the perfect getaway. With direct beach access, a private pool, and outdoor covered area for lounging, it's the ideal spot to relax under the sun. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and beautifully furnished bedrooms for ultimate comfort. We provide all the essentials. Among them are beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler, as well as a wagon to tote all your items to the beach, we also offer Ginger Lily Farm botanicals shampoo, conditioner and body soap, to high-speed Wi-Fi and entertainment options. State of the art smart televisions are located in both living areas as well as the three main bedrooms. We also offer luxurious bath towels, beach towels as well as makeup remover towels. You will find hangers and luggage racks provided in several of the bedrooms to make unpacking simpler. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our home is ready to make your stay unforgettable. Our home is located minutes away from the city of Humacao for any shopping needs you may encounter on your trip.
Our home offers a private entrance into the Nature Preserve for hiking trails and viewing of a variety of birds and Caribbean animals. The beach offers Sea Turtle Nesting that can be a treat if you are fortunate enough to be there during a hatching. The beautiful music of the Coqui frog can be enjoyed in the evening as you set out by the pool enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. Be prepared to leave your worries at home. ****Please understand nature can change appearance of our beach.

Had a great stay for 11 nights. House was easy to access and in a great location. Home was clean with excellent AC, stocked kitchen, and space for our group of 9. The beds were all very comfy and the pool was perfect. We also appreciated the chairs and other amenities when we took a beach trip. They have done a great job of providing so many little things you might want or need on your vacation. The neighborhood is safe and rebounding. All the neighbors were friendly and the access to stores, restaurants, and other visits is exceptional. It’s so hard to find a place with five clean and comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen, space for family, a pool, and safe for the price of this house. We traveled to Old San Juan in an hour, visited Luquillo Beach and El Yunque in 45 minutes and even headed to Comerio for a festival in an hour. The stay-at-home pool days in between active days made it a perfect place for our family. And the evening walks down to the ocean made for lots of beautiful pictures taken by the young adults. Highly recommend this place for many reasons.

I’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs - this one may be my favorite. Dennis was helpful, the property was lovely, the pool was a great thing to have on site, we enjoyed the out door spaces, saw birds and lizards while the kids swam. We had a group of 10 and the house was plenty big. It was also easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from the house. I don’t think you’ll regret staying here!

This was the perfect get-away for my husband and I to take our two daughters and their families. The five bedrooms was just what we needed, especially with the big bunks in two of the rooms. We liked having three bathrooms; the showers were great, and the outdoor shower was good for coming in from the each. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We appreciated all the games for the kiddos. The outdoor area was nice and big; the pool sealed the deal, and the kids appreciated the floats, etc. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. This property gave us the chance to come together but still give us the room to have our own space when we wanted it. It was the perfect vacation. We especially liked being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the sunrises. We would highly recommend this property.
