The home is within walking distance of most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM, and all hospitals are also in close proximity, Mt Rainier

Good location if you need buses. Nice to have a seating area outside but it is a bit tired. Walking distance to university.
