You will be very pleased with both the view and the updated accommodations when you select this first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa in the popular Evian section of Shipyard. The beautiful villa has golf course views.
As you step into the foyer, you will be immediately aware of the updated designer's touch that begins with lovely wood flooring. The living room further welcomes you with comfortable seating, a wet bar, and a 46" Flat Panel TV above the beautiful tile fireplace.
An adjoining formal dining area features a table with seating for 6 and French doors to the new outside deck where there is an additional dining table for 4 along with bench seating and a beautiful lagoon and golf course view for your enjoyment.The nearby kitchen has new granite countertops, a bright corner window over the sink, and a breakfast table for 4.
To the left of the entry foyer, a hallway gives access to a new full bath, a closed alcove with a full size washer and dryer, a bedroom with a queen bed and 1 twin bed, a Flat Screen TV/DVD, and a large double closet. The beautiful Primary Bedroom, which features a king bed, a flat screen TV/DVD, along with a sunny corner and a cozy loveseat, also leads through the French doors to that new outdoor deck. The impressive private primary bath is highlighted by a beautiful, all tile and spacious walk-in shower with glass enclosure.
Shipyard is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf. The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 car passes max.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Great villa! Very clean, perfect for our family of 4. Loved the area, great for pets! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well as to the beach. Wonderful stay!

Overall we had a nice stay in Evian. We have stayed in multiple properties here before. The only complaint I have is that the cleaners forgot to clean the master bathroom. We found hair all over the shower walls/floor. Besides the bathroom, everything else was nice.
