The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Additionally, in the living room there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people, so the apartment's capacity is up to 4 people. The apartment has a kitchen and a full bathroom and features air conditioning, heating, free high-speed WIFI internet, TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included.
Central apartment located on the border between the Gracia and Eixample neighbourhoods. The apartment is just a few metres from Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia. It has the best features of each neighbourhood. Thus, from the Gracia neighbourhood, it has the tranquil, relaxed and bohemian lifestyle with its numerous restaurants from around the world, tapas bars... and from the Eixample neighbourhood it has the more elegant side, with the boutiques of Paseo de Gracia, the magnificent modernist houses by Gaudí "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló". Firstly their hospitality & customer friendly attitude. Location is the next highlight. Proximity to L3 metro, bus stops, many supermarkets & all the tourist attractions. It's like you are in the centre of the city. Very safe for family stays. Cute balcony & orange avenue. I could have not asked for more. Thank you

The Gracia apartment in Barcelona was in a good location with nearby restaurants. We loved Amelie restaurant on the square a few blocks from the apartment. The pull out couch was much more comfortable than the bedroom bed. The apartment didn’t come with anything to cook with that I have seen in other units that we have rented like spices, oil etc. It also did not have a coffee maker which I would have liked. Also, many other places give you free coffee pods, sugar etc. and even a bottle of wine and biscuits. I did enjoy the air conditioning and balcony. The key was hard to use and would prefer a more modern lock system. I would recommend the unit if additional touches were added to make the stay more comfortable. Kate, the manager was very helpful with the map and giving us advice when we arrived on restaurants.

the apartment was NOT quiet due to many young people in other aparteasy apartments. The result was a lot of noise during nighttime.
