This property is clean and in a wonderful, central location. We enjoyed our time in Hot Springs and look forward to coming back soon, and we will definitely be staying here again when we do!

Excellent property! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, safe, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Fully furnished with plenty of towels and beds for my family of 6. The pool was not clean, and the basketball hoop was broken, but the condo instead was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend at Oaklawn!! The Evolve Team was very responsive to all our questions. Gorgeous condo and perfectly suited for our needs. Thanks for a great family weekend - we’ll be back!!

We had a fantastic time visiting Hot Springs and this condo was exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with. Our only complaint is that the unit smelled of cigarette smoke… which is really unfortunate. As best we could tell another tenant within the building smokes and the smell would come through the vents. We got used to the smell after a while once inside, but every time we came back the smell would hit us pretty hard. And upon arriving home all our bags and clothing now smell of smoke and will require washing/airing out.
We understand that it’s no fault of the owner and little can be done to fix the situation, but felt that potential guests should be aware. When we return to Hot Springs we’ll choose another property and hopefully one owned by the same owner—she was great!!
