It is located in the best spot in Barra da Tijuca, in the Santa Mônica condominium.
Contemporary house, very clean, comprising a beautiful living room integrated with the leisure area featuring a swimming pool and covered gourmet space with barbecue, microwave, freezer, 2 outdoor bathrooms and sauna. A covered veranda where you can enjoy family meals while admiring the greenery of the garden. TV room and office.
6 bedrooms (3 suites and 3 bedrooms) accommodating up to 16 people with the following bed configuration:
- Master suite: super king bed + reclining sofa - sleeps 3 adults
- Suite: queen bed (or 2 single beds) - 2 people
