Beautiful home located right on the ocean and sits on a sugar sand beach. Truly, world class views from all 3 levels. 4 br, 3 Ba, large lower level game room. The home comes with a dock for fishing and sea life viewing. Possible manatees, dolphin, rays and much much more. Kayaks, paddle boards and kids toys are available. A fish light turns on at night for viewing Tarpon, snook, snapper and plenty of ocean creatures. Take a long walk on the beach to collect shells, view the sunrise. The property has coconut palms, banana trees, various fruit trees. The Gulf of Mexico is just a few blocks behind the house with a neat “Jungle walk” close by.
The home was featured on HGTV’s beach hunters season 2 episode 11. It has a modern look that is beautifully decorated with an ocean theme.
The house is close to everything you need. Beach front restaurants, snorkeling, fishing, sunset cruises.
Rentals are from Saturday-Saturday which is typical for the Keys.

The house itself was perfect for the 8 of us. Big, clean and well stocked and the ocean views were beautiful. The only drawback was the sargassum. We couldn't use the beach, paddleboards or decks because of the amount and smell. No fault of the owner... that's nature. Owner was great communicating with any issues.Plenty of things to do in the area otherwise.

The house was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately we visited when the invasion of sargassum was upon the beaches which made it mostly impossible to spend time on the beach area or on the first and second levels porches. The view from the bedroom facing the ocean was amazing and wonderful to go to sleep to and wake up to. The neighborhood was great. The house was centrally located making it easy to do all of the tourist attractions up and down the keys.

The house was exactly as advertised! Very clean and in good shape. The layout worked perfectly for us. We made good use of the dock for our rental boat and for night fishing. Spectacular views and the weather was great.
