Work out, lay out, hang out, chill out, no reason to go out. 'Villa Santa Cruz' is our 4900 Square Foot, 4 bedroom/5 bathroom gated sanctuary that is truly the ultimate island paradise. Steps away from Columbus Landing Beach. World class diving at the Salt River Canyon. All bedrooms have private baths with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and one sleeper sofa located in the office. 'Villa Santa Cruz' offers the ultimate retreat for your next Caribbean getaway. Take full advantage of your island vacation with a contemporary - yet exceptionally comfortable - haven where you can entertain guests, indulge in luxury amenities and soak up the tropical sun. Our amazing amenities include a great room with wet bar, big screen TV, game room with wet bar, billiards, pub table, gym, chefs kitchen with dining that seats 8, diesel generator, views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands, sun deck with 40 foot pool, pool adjacent to the '1493 Bar and Grill', our outdoor bbq area with cabana seating for 5 and gas grill, steps from beach.

We are located on the North Shore of St. Croix in the Salt River National Park and Ecological Preserve. Completed in 2009 Villa Santa Cruz is full of modern amenities but steeped in a rich and storied history. Our hideaway is located on 'Columbus Landing' beach, named for the place where Columbus anchored 17 ships on his second voyage in 1493. Columbus, as the discoverer of this island, gave it it's original name, 'Santa Cruz' or Holy Cross. Though the island took the derivative of St. Croix later, the property carries the name 'Santa Cruz' in honor of the first visit and the original name of the Caribbean isle. Come experience the luxury of our tropical paradise.
While I don't think a 4-wheel drive is necessary we do recommend an SUV or a vehicle with a bit more ground clearance to navigate the final approach to our home at this time.

Words can’t fully describe how beautiful this villa was. From the very beginning, working with Stephanie was smooth, easy, and stress-free. She was incredibly accommodating with our additional requests and provided a wealth of information that helped make our visit to St. Croix unforgettable.When we arrived at the airport, Austin met us and guided us to the villa. Upon arrival, another team member welcomed us with a delicious homemade meal prepared by Austin’s wife in celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel right at home.Austin gave us a complete tour of the property. Four of the five bedrooms have direct access to either the balcony or the backyard pool area. The office was converted into an additional bedroom for our daughter and her 2-year-old son, and they said it was extremely comfortable thanks to the foam mattress topper that had been provided.The villa was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay, including ice chests, pool floats, water shoes, goggles, beach chairs, and more. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals of any size, and there were plenty of board games, card games, and puzzles that kept everyone entertained in the evenings.The pool was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed swimming every morning, afternoon, and evening, and the water was always the perfect temperature.There is a beach within walking distance that is beautiful for peaceful walks

We were here in a family vacation, eight adults and two small children. The house was very accommodating for all of us.I was very impressed with how stocked the kitchen was as far as dishes, glasses, and pots and pans. The caretaker was amazing, met us at the airport and helped us get settled. When we ran into an issue with the water, he was there in less than 30 minutes to fix it. We had two meals from the chef, a welcome lunch and a dinner, and they were both absolutely fabulous with plenty of leftovers. The owner was very communicative during the entire booking process and even after arrival when I had questions. I would highly recommend this home.

Our family's stay at Santa Cruz Villa was fantastic from start to finish. Austin and Selwyn couldn't have been more welcoming from meeting us at the airport and having a complimentary dinner waiting for our family (courtesy of Chef J), these two gentlemen made the trip more delightful. Chef J prepared a separate dinner that far surpassed our expectations. The Cruzan food was amazing.Everything matched the listing, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, pool was amazing and well maintained, communication was superb, check-in was smooth, and Stephanie made everything feel simple and well-managed.Sitting on the balcony every morning with a cup of coffee looking out at the ocean was a highlight that our family will never forget.We would absolutely recommend staying here. 10 out of 10!

This beautiful home right on the beach was incredible and surpassed my expectations. All the rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool is gorgeous! We utilized the outdoor kitchen gazebo to make steaks and burgers. The host was most responsive and helpful. Austin the caretaker went above and beyond. There was a small power issue and the generator had to be used a few times but it was seamless and no troubles at all and Austin was there to help. His wife Juliana cooked us exceptionally delicious dinners and prepared cocktails for our group. We also had a wedding by the pool!! Beautiful location for the small wedding. I can say this house was perfect for our vacation/birthday/ wedding trip!
