The Shores at Waikoloa on the sunny Kohala Coast is located in the Big Island resort area. This one-bedroom one and half bath has a Hawaii touch throughout the home. Full kitchen with all the gadgets and a dining area. This home is centrally located near dining, shopping, world-class beaches, golfing, and more!Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed by a quaint Hawaii feel throughout the property. The primary ensuite has a king bed with large bay windows and a smart TV. Enjoy the AC or open the windows to see the golf course and enjoy the sunshine. The half bath located near the entrance is separate from the bedroom, which is great for other guests staying with you.The layout of the living space is open and has terrific lighting throughout and lots of windows. The kitchen allows you to be a part of the conversation even when cooking. This property has a washer and dryer for your convivence. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room as well. Enjoy dinner at the dining table or dine outside on the lanai. Have the option of watching a movie in the central AC from the living room or reading a book. The living room has ample seating with a smart TV and good WIFI. Sit out on the lanai and soak up the sun or watch the sun come over Mauna Kea in the morning with a cup of Kona coffee.You can enjoy walking the property and taking in the views of the golf course and the garden. Or jump in the car and be minutes from fabulous dining, world-class beaches, golfing, and much more. I have been to the Big Island numerous times and I love it. The condo was in a very good location to shopping, the beach and resort activities. Renting the condo was easy and painless. My only issue was the condo was not very clean. The carpet was stained and dirty, the walls were dirty with food splatter by the trash cans, tile grout not clean, layers of hairspray residue on the toilet seats, outdoor rugs in really bad shape, etc., etc. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was one of the dirtiest places I have ever been in. I understand it is a rental but more TLC and a deeper clean would work wonders.

Everything was great! Location was superb, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. We used the gym every morning and the condo was stocked with great beach chairs and a sunshade.

Very nice facility. Pool & fitness room very nice. First frustration was when we first arrived we found out there was no parking for our unit because the owner left his car in the 1 and only space for that unit. Spent a week dragging suitcases etc. 1/2 block from visitor parking. When we opened the door the first thing I noticed was large stains in the carpet throughout the unit. The unit was probably 1st class 15 years ago but it just hadn’t been kept up. We still loved the size and layout . Would stay there again but in a different unit.
