Welcome to Soggy Bottoms — your perfect Amelia Island beach getaway!
Located in the desirable Fernandina Shores condominium complex on the peaceful North End of Amelia Island, our beautifully renovated condo offers the perfect balance of relaxation, convenience, and family-friendly fun. The North End beaches are known for being quieter and less crowded, giving you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your own front-row spot in the sand — just 200 steps from the door to the beach.
Take a short 10-minute walk to Main Beach, where you’ll find a playground, putt-putt golf, skate park, basketball courts, restaurants, and seasonal lifeguards. Historic Fort Clinch State Park is less than a mile away and is perfect for biking, jogging, wildlife watching, fishing, or exploring one of the best-preserved forts in the United States. Monthly live reenactments and tours make it a must-see destination.
Inside the condo, you’ll enjoy a fully renovated space designed for comfort and convenience. The spacious living room features a 65” Ultra HD Smart TV with Roku access for all your favorite streaming apps. The primary bedroom and one guest bedroom both include 43” 4K Smart TVs. High-speed Wi-Fi and keyless entry make your stay easy and stress-free.
Additional upgrades include:• Whole-home water softening system with filtered drinking water• New back porch decking• Outdoor shower for easy beach clean-up• Beach chairs, toys, and floats provided for guest use
Just down 14th Street, you’ll find a public fishing dock and kayak/boat launch. Fernandina Shores also offers boat and RV parking with advance notice. Nature lovers will enjoy nearby Egan's Creek Greenway with miles of scenic biking and walking trails.

This is a great place to stay in Fernandina Beach! Beach access is so easy, pool is steps away, and the house has everything you need! Plenty of room and very comfortable with lots of extras…beach chairs were a huge bonus. Thanks for sharing your home…we loved Fernandina!!

Ashley’s home was very clean and homey. The best parts were the comfortable beds and the best sheets! She thought of everything you could possibly need for the kitchen! We had a very short walk to the beach, but you could also drive and there was always ample parking. She responded very quickly with any questions we had. The pool was very nice, too.

The location was very nice with a short walk up the street to the beach and an easy drive to downtown. The beach was full of amazing shells, and it was very nice that the condo had beach chairs available. The condo was very family friendly with lots of space, games and puzzles. The space was fairly clean with a lovely kitchen.
