Le Betulle Studio 3 is a comfortable studio apartment suitable for your vacation with family or friends in Lugano for its strategical location just a few minutes drive from the city, within the Le Betulle residence in Origlio. The area is renowned for its green landscapes and the Origlio Lake.



The studio apartment is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, a dining table which can also be used as a desk for working and studying, a TV, and a small kitchen equipped with the necessities for preparing meals. The bathroom with shower concludes the studio apartment.



Each apartment has a small private garden furnished with small tables and chairs to enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round.

In addition, all rooms are air-conditioned.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartments have a private outdoor car park.

The Le Betulle residence is just a stone\'s throw from the small Origlio lake, an area of exceptional naturalistic importance, surrounded by greenery, embellished with reeds and water lilies. Around the lake runs the Sentieri (footpaths) from the Capriasca woods.

Origlio is just a 15-minute drive from Lugano, with its renowned Via Nassa, the beautiful Piazza Riforma, the picturesque lakeside promenade, shops, cafés and restaurants.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in just 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.

By train, from Lugano station take bus No. 442 direction "Tesserete, Stazione" for 12 stops and get off at "Carnago, Deca". In just 5 walking minutes you will reach the apartment.
