Charming Summerhouse 1BD/1BA condo at Litchfield by the Sea. 2 comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Granite countertops and dishwasher in the kitchen. This corner unit is tucked away and situated along the pond. Truly a cozy beach cottage retreat! Stroll 1/2mile to the beach on paved sidewalks or drive and park right at the beach. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features!
There are card payment laundry facilities in the building on the 1st floor near the elevator.
*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.

The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. The condo was clean and bright, decorated with a pleasant beach decor. It has been well taken care of. We enjoyed a corner unit with a tree just outside the patio doors for bird watching on the balcony. It is well located for easy access to groceries and restaurants. There is a large pool complex with a lazy river, perfect for kids. The resort has beach access and lots of paved trails for an early morning bike ride. Overall my husband and I found this condo to be one of the best we have rented over the years and will look to nab it for the family reunion next year.

Host communication was great throughout the stay. The unit was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. We cooked Breakfast daily but enjoyed the local restaurants nightly. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The living room area was comfortable after long days of house hunting and beaching. Very convenient to the pool and a short ride to the oceanfront clubhouse. The on-site Starbucks and restaurant were within a few steps. Would definitely recommend this unit and host.

We come to Pawleys Island at least twice a year, and our absolute favorite is Litchfield by the Sea resort. This Summerhouse condo was perfect! We were staying in the corner unit on the 3rd floor that has a perfect view of the pond with fountain, turtles and even alligators. With the tree partially surrounding the balcony you get more privacy and beautiful sounds of birds all day long.Condo inside was perfectly clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. Also, private pool and beach access makes your stay even more enjoyable. You get the best out two wordls: if you prefer active rest, there's a bike rental shop only 5-7min walk, or just enjoy the lazy river right by the Summerhouse complex. We'll be back!
