The main villa and charming detached cottage together provide six bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests. Bedding includes 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 3 sleeper sofas, and an air mattress, all with high-quality mattresses and linens for maximum comfort.
Originally built in 1937 and remodeled in 2020, the homes retain their historic charm while offering all the modern comforts. Located in one of Boise’s most desirable neighborhoods, you’re just blocks from the Capitol, Hyde Park, and downtown attractions. Overall, we had a good stay and the home worked well for our group of 12. While the property says it can sleep 22, it would be a VERY tight squeeze. Anything over 12 would require guests sleeping on couch pull outs. The location and main living spaces were enjoyable, and communication was generally good.One area that could use some attention is the basement studio. It felt noticeably darker and more dingy than the rest of the home(s), and we encountered quite a few spiders in that area during our stay. While we understand spiders can be common depending on the location and season, it made the space less inviting for guests using those rooms. As a party of couples, it felt that whoever got that space was going to be disappointed. We also experienced some confusion regarding the dog weight restrictions and would recommend that those policies be communicated more clearly in the listing and pre-arrival information. It said dog friendly but when we asked if they could accommodate a dog over 12 lbs, they said no. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but basement could use some work!

We totally enjoyed our stay at these two homes, however, the pictures definitely make it look bigger than it is. The yard isn't nearly as big as the pictures made it look either. It was nice to have rooms and beds for everyone, however, we had to clean one of the bathtubs before we could bathe the kids, and there were take out containers left in one of the fridges. The maintenance man was wonderful! We needed a little help and he came right over, was very nice and helpful. The property manager always responded to our messages and were easy to communicate with. The check out process was easy and wonderful! Over all it was a good experience.
