OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The covered patio provides a stunning view of the pool and hot tub. A children's playscape and fire pit are located in the backyard. An outdoor ping pong table is available in the garage.

THE HOUSE: The open concept living areas and kitchen are perfect for groups of family, friends, or business travelers. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. This home offers plenty of seating for you to gather in one of three living areas, for a meal in the kitchen or formal dining room, or out on the patio to enjoy the Texas weather. The kitchen island offers seating for 9 while the formal dining room can accommodate up to 12.
Enjoy 2 private bedrooms, each fitted with a California King bed, along with 3 "bunk rooms." Also enjoy 3 separate living areas in this luxury vacation rental home! The game room upstairs features a 75" TV, pool table, and shuffleboard table. A Bluetooth Speaker and poker chips are available in the butler's pantry.

We truly enjoyed our family summer gathering with 18 of us (12 of those children 1-14!) Something for everyone, but the greatest hit was the pool. The multiple hang out areas suited the youngest to the teens very well. We really appreciated the large kitchen with plenty of seating and space for cooking and grilling. The host was VERY responsive and took care of our needs that arose in a timely manner. Really appreciated this!

The house was perfect for our family trip! So much space and all the amenities we wanted and needed. All we had to do was bring food and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Beautiful decor, fresh linens, a clean house and amazing pool and backyard! 10/10

The home is lovely and huge. The living spaces are large and well-decorated. The kitchen is great for family cooking and the kitchen island is massive with beautiful quartzite countertops and modern appliances. Two dishwashers are perfect for group meals. Plenty of dishes, bowls silverware, cookware and a bar full of glassware and wine glasses. The pool area is relaxing. The live oak trees were heavily shedding leaves and catkins cluttering the pool every day, but that is more of a seasonal problem. Location-wise the neighborhood is upscale, but there is no access or views of the lake, so the proximity to Lake Travis is not all that helpful. This is a great house for families with multiple children because 3 of the 5 bedrooms have large bunk bed structures. It wasn’t optimal for our family gathering of adults because three adults had to sleep in the bunk rooms in lower bunks. However, the primary bedroom and bath are humongous and greatly preferable to the remainder of the 5 bedrooms. But despite the sleeping arrangements, the home still made for a wonderful retreat for our mini-family reunion. The property is 40 minutes or so from Austin with moderate traffic, but closer to restaurants and shopping in Lakeway and Bee Cave Overall an excellent experience.
