Come and enjoy this beautifully renovated Sand Castle II Gulf-Front 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located DIRECTLY on Indian Shores Beach. Relax in the luxurious living room with a leather reclining couch and two reclining chairs!
The completely renovated kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous as are the up-to-date flooring, tile, vanities, kitchen cabinetry and counters, ceiling fans and fixtures!
- Our Florida vacation condo is located on the 7th floor with convenient elevator access and spectacular views.
- Enjoy unforgettable sunsets, take a romantic walk along the beach, go body-surfing in the warm waters of the Gulf, or just relax in our Heated Pool & Spa!
- The master bedroom has amazing views o the Gulf and direct access to the balcony, and has a king-sized bed, closet, smart TV, and a beautiful bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the third has two twin beds. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have beautiful views of the Intracoastal, and smart TVs. They share a large bathroom with a tub.

The beach is quiet and not crowded. With the price of the rental, I was expecting everything to be in like new condition. There was an issue with the washer, which was taken care of by the owner quickly. It did make me question if the towels in the unit were sanitary since the washer was not working properly. The towels were stained and needed to be bleached. Some of the beach equipment was broken, but we had enough chairs and umbrellas that it didn’t cause an issue with relaxing at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated, and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen. The condo itself had one broken elevator so we hiked up 7 flights of hot stairs twice to bring in luggage and groceries since the wait time at the other elevator was over 30 minutes. Having a reserved parking spot under the covered deck was nice but spaces are tight if you have a larger vehicle. We also had access to guest parking for our second car in an open lot. The bar across the street has great food and is family friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, beach toys, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, and extra blankets. It was perfect for our family of 6! The host Ilene was extremely easy to get ahold of, and I recommend this unit to anyone!

Condo was really nice and clean. Exactly as described in pics. We have been to several beaches over the years. We decided Indian Shores Florida is the best. Very peaceful and relaxing trip. We will be back.

Property had not been cleaned before we arrived. Waited an hour for the cleaning crew then another 2 hours while they cleaned. I had 600 worth of food sitting the heat because we couldn’t put it away. Finally cleaned the fridge myself. Informed the owner that the exhaust fan in the master bath wasn’t working. Never in the 3 weeks we were there did it get repaired. Patio furniture was old and rusted. One chair was totally broken and fell over when I attempted to sit in it. Sheets were mismatched and old and stained and some were not the proper size for the bed. Oven door piping was burnt and damaged. Curtain rod fell out of the wall. I informed her. Said thanks for letting me know. Never came to repair.
