Located on the 10th floor, enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views, morning sunrises, and evening sunsets on the balcony! Take advantage of the complex's incredible amenities such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, outdoor pool, and direct access to the beach! This unit will NOT disappoint..book with us today!
The Space:
***The exterior pool will be closed from Oct 19-Nov 20, 2026*** Their will be balcony repairs taking place on the west side of the building resulting in the need to shut down the exterior pool!
**SNOWBIRD MONTHLY RATE** $2500 base rent rate per month. This DOES NOT include Airbnb fees or other platform fees, applicable taxes, and cleaning. Please message us directly to get a more accurate all-in price.
Upon entering the unit, you will see the king bedroom located on the right handed wall! The master bedroom has a large closet, mounted TV with dish network, and bathroom access. Also in the master closet are extra pillows, ironing board/iron, hangers, and chest of drawers. Walking down the hallway you will see the hallway bunks located on the left and the hallway bathroom access on the right. Walking into the living space is the kitchen located on the right and living room/dining space which leads to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The laundry space is located near the hallway bunks with washer and dryer.
In the living room is a 4 seated dining table and the kitchen has 3 barstools for additional eating seats. The living room couch becomes a queen sleeper in which additional linens will be provided.
Guest Access:
Each guests will have full access to everything inside of the unit, the indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor pool, and direct beach access.
The Neighborhood:
Tidewater is located in the heart of Orange Beach! Within a quick drive you can get to some of the best restaurants in town, local grocery stores like Publix, and entertainment such as Florabama!
Enjoy being in an area where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the beach all while being close to everything you can possibly want to do during your stay!
Getting Around:
Upon entering the unit, you will need to put in the gate code (will be provided after booking). You can park in any parking spot on the exterior parking lot. Do not park under the complex, these are designated for owners.
You will need to have a parking pass on your dashboard throughout your stay to avoid being towed. The parking pass will be on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Upon entering the bottom floor, you can walk past the elevators and take a left to grab a couple luggage carts. Take the elevator up the 10th floor and you will see unit 1004 directly on the left after exiting the elevator.
Please DO NOT take the carts inside the unit to avoid hitting the walls. After use, please bring carts down to the 1st level.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be communicating with guests through the booking platform and will be available to help each guest throughout their stay.

We loved that the condo had beach chairs, sand toys and nets for the kids to crab hunt. They have everything you need to have a successful week. Our kids would have rather had a bedroom than the bunk beds in the hallway but they survived the week. The host was prompt on giving the room code and gate entrance code. We didn’t have any issues while staying.

This was our third stay in Tidewater in various one bedroom condos. While the condo was small, it met our needs. We particularly like the taller balcony chairs that help you see over the railing. I would definitely recommend Orange Beach Life for communication.

The location was great, however the cleanliness was lacking. Shoes that were not ours at the edge of the bed, candy under the bed, dirty floor near the washer and dryer, and moldy shower curtain. Were these things A deal breaker? No. We still enjoyed our time. The dryer was terrible. Tried drying 4 towels and the dryer wouldn’t dry them. Ended up having to rewash and then dry 2 at a time. However, this wasn’t a terrible stay. I just think for the price I could’ve stayed somewhere cleaner and nicer. Customer service was also lacking. When I mentioned issues, I got “sorry.” And that’s it. I would’ve been happy to have someone clean again but that was not offered nor any resolution. Apparently after we left they were replacing the dryer but that didn’t help at the time.
