Completely renovated in 2019, this duplex is perfectly equipped for a pleasant, relaxing stay in tune with the tides!
Bedroom with a double bed, equipped with a TV, dresser, and closet; en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, towel warmer, and washing machine.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (140/190), a closet, and a desk, plus free Wi-Fi; a hallway, and a spacious living area with a breathtaking view of the sea, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and lounge with a TV,
Above the kitchen area is a loft with a floor bed for 1 person (access via a ladder)
The beds are made upon arrival, and bath towels and dish towels are provided.

Fantastic location overlooking the ocean and next to the dock for taking the ferry to Ile de Batz. Walk to numerous restaurants. As a very old building you have to watch out for low doorways. The hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Superb view. Quirky duplex. In the center of Roscoff.. Close to all amenities, activities.nice choice of restaurant. The owner is very nice and agreeable. We were able to stay late before our departure on the ferry.Strongly recommend the place

Nice, clean place in an excellent location. It may help future guests to know that the bedroom is accessed through the bathroom. There was some noise in the morning from behind a locked door in the bedroom, presumably coming from the storeroom of the adjacent chocolate shop. 2 misdescriptions: no Wifi, no dedicated parking.
