The house was nice, clean & comfortable. Owner communication was prompt. One thing though is that the house is on a corner by Golden Road, and we heard a lot of what sounded like engine revving and road racing late into the night. Also, we had a big group and one half of the sofa could not recline because the cord had been damaged or chewed by a pet. So that all was kind of frustrating because the whole purpose of our visit was to get our Pine Cove summer counselor away for a restful weekend. The road noise is obviously not the owners fault and may not be an all the time thing. Just a caveat to renters who are bothered by noise. The home & owner were lovely.

Excellent place to stay! Had 4 kids 5 and under. Cribs provided worked well for us. Just 1 more thing we didn’t have to pack. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Definitely will go back if we go to Tyler again.
