On idyllic southern Funen, you will find this newly built summer house from 2021, which offers a luxurious oasis with both a hot tub and a private sauna. This modern sanctuary is surrounded by the enchanting nature, and the crystal clear sea is only 150 meters away, with a breathtaking view both from the large outdoor terrace and the house's cozy living room.
The property extends over a spacious plot of 1200 m² where you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere and rich bird life that surrounds you. At the same time, you are only a short drive (3 km) from shopping opportunities and exciting sights such as the picturesque Svanikke Bakker and the renowned restaurant, Falsled Kro.
This charming cottage has a lot to offer, including a well-equipped kitchen, two elegant bathrooms and a cozy living room. With four bedrooms including a loft, there is comfortable space for up to 10 guests. Two large rooms are equipped with double beds, a children's room offers a bunk bed, and the fourth room has a double bed and a loft with space for two more sleeping places.
The spacious bathroom tempts you with a delicious spa bath for two and direct access to the sauna, which invites you to relax. Here you will also find a practical washing machine.
