Newly remodeled and stylishly decorated, “Sun. Fun. & Done.” sits on the top floor of the Pioneer Park Condos, near downtown Bend. The master suite features a king size bed, private bathroom, and a balcony. The separate living area boasts a full kitchen, a dining table for four, a sitting area to relax in as well as a cozy fireplace, a queen size murphy bed, and another full bathroom. Step outside to the second balcony to practice your grill skills on the BBQ!

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:
You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Pioneer Park Rentals Rentals manages more than 15 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

We really liked the unit, but had issues with communication and check-in. Received multiple messages about check-in, but they were wrong. Door code did not work. Had to call the after hours number and get a new code. That only got us to the security lock that had been left on by the maid. Had to go to a second door to get in. Once in, had to lift suitcases up two flights of stairs- we knew that in advance, didn’t make it any more fun. Then the WiFi. We used the one referenced in the email, but that didn’t work. Then we discovered a sign on the wall referencing the “new” WiFi, which worked fine. The unit is well appointed and well equipped and we had a pleasant stay. The outdoor electrical boxes were both broken. One had actually come off the wall. The grill is not the dirtiest one I’ve seen, but it is a finalist. The night security lock on the inside of the door is wonderful, once you figure it out. We were briefly trapped until a google search showed us how to get it open.

The property itself is beautiful and well manicured. The unit was clean and as described in the listing. Our unit had 2 steps between the living and bedroom and they were a bit awkward but we got used to them. We were in 168/169.
