This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront vacation home near the top of the Beach Colony East building on the fourteenth floor at Beach Colony Resort, overlooking the Gulf and beaches of Perdido Key from the private balcony. This privately owned condo comfortably sleeps a family of no more than 8 people, including all adults and children. The living room is equipped with an LCD television, DVD player, and wireless internet. The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, LCD television, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen sized bed, television, and en suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom contains two full sized beds and an LCD television. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances, and this vacation home includes a full size washer and dryer as well. This condo has three full bathrooms, and the master bath has a jetted tub with windows that look out toward the beach.

Loved the condo. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets were all very large compared to other condos we’ve stayed in. Kitchen was nice and the full-sized (non-stacked) washer and dryer were very convenient. The only negative was the couch - it wasn’t awful, but it has seen its last days - it felt like I was sliding off the front every time I sat down. The balcony was AMAZING. My 7 year old sat out there more than inside the condo. The pool was huge and had lots of seating. Communication was great. The host texted all check-in and checkout instructions. They were very prompt in answering any questions I had. We also enjoyed being right beside the public beach. My family likes to sit by the water under a large pop-up tent. We couldn’t set the tent up in front of the condo (the rental chairs are there) but we could walk just a few yards and set up on the public beach, right on the water. We will definitely stay in this condo again. I have it saved in my favorites for our next trip.

The condo was nice. Kitchen had all we needed. The ocean view was spectacular!! The owners are wonderful at getting back wirh you timely!!

The only thing that I have to complain about is that our balcony door would not open and messaged several times for maintenance to come out. This took 4 days into our trip for someone to finally come out and check on this for us! It could not be repaired and that is understandable, the whole framing of the sliding glass doors had to be replaced! The elevators are very confusing and when u finally understand how to put in the code lots of times it still would not go through! Would have to ride the elevators up and down a few before we could get to our floor and we are not the ones at the property that had this problem! Everything else was great! This is our 2nd time to stay at this property!
