Welcome to our apartment, “Les Baigneuses,” located in the heart of the Saint-Michel neighborhood, just a few kilometers from the beaches and the GR34 hiking trail, offering beautiful views of the rugged coastline and the sea!

It’s a two-bedroom apartment that’s been freshly renovated and decorated to make you feel right at home!
It’s on the second floor of a small apartment building and is ideally located right next to the city center (500m):
- 1.3 km from the train station
- 5 minutes from Port du Légué
- 10 minutes from the beaches

The 82 m² apartment is fully equipped and functional.

In the living area, you’ll find:

- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living areas, featuring a coffee machine (capsules provided), a kettle (tea bags and herbal tea bags provided), a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, induction cooktop, dishes for 4 people (including seafood utensils!), and a dishwasher.
- The dining area with a table and chairs that can seat up to 4 people.
- The living room with a fixed sofa, coffee table, smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker.

In the sleeping area, you’ll find:

- The bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead, vanity unit
- The restroom (toilet paper provided)
- Two bedrooms, one with a 160×200 queen-size bed and a dresser, and the other with a 140×190 double bed, a closet, and hangers provided. Both open onto a balcony

You’ll have a parking space in a private (unlocked) garage within the residence.
The apartment is equipped with fiber-optic internet (you’ll find the Wi-Fi password in the apartment’s welcome booklet).

Linens:
For your comfort, we’ll provide your bedding, bath towels, and dish towels.

Laundry:
We provide a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, and iron in the apartment.

Baby gear:
We can provide baby gear (high chair, travel crib, baby bathtub) upon request. Please feel free to let us know your needs.

OUR LITTLE EXTRAS:

Meals (additional charge): breakfast and dinner: Upon reservation, we can offer you various options:

- Breakfast at €12/person (except Mondays): pastries, bread, hot beverage (coffee capsules, tea bags, or milk and hot chocolate), seasonal fruit, and yogurt.

- The Breton basket for €15 per person (except Sundays and Mondays): Consists of a galette and a crêpe with their fillings (egg, ham, and cheese for the galettes; sugar, chocolate, and caramel for the crêpes) + 37.5 cl of cider or apple juice.

- Dinner-style appetizer platter: €25 per person (except Sundays and Mondays): Includes cheeses, cold cuts, spreads, and side dishes.

- Imperial Seafood Platter: 55€ per person (except Sundays and Mondays): ½ Breton lobster, ½ spider crab or crab (depending on the season), 8 pink shrimp, 6 langoustines, 50 g of gray shrimp, 100 g of periwinkles, 4 whelks, 4 oysters, mayonnaise.

- Wine of your choice (red, rosé, or white) at €12 per bottle

- Champagne: €35

- One liter of local apple juice: €6
