The “Quartier Görmitz” is ideally located for a wide range of activities in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz and throughout the island of Usedom. The 67-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of the building and, thanks to its two bedrooms, offers ample comfort for four people.

This residence has been tastefully and modernly furnished. Warm color accents create a cozy atmosphere in the living room with its open kitchen. Here you’ll find a leather couch with two armchairs and a smart TV with an additional Blu-ray player. A real highlight—especially on cooler days—is the wood-burning stove in this room. Curl up under a cozy blanket with your loved ones and enjoy a movie on TV by the crackling glow of the fire.
The balcony is accessible directly from the living room. Thanks to its west-facing orientation, it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy the last rays of sunshine as the day comes to a close.
The kitchenette is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances. It features a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, and, of course, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Many other essential appliances make it easy to cook your favorite meals—even while on vacation. Right next to it is the dining table.
The first of the two bedrooms features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom has been furnished just as comfortably, with two single beds and a dresser.
The bathroom offers a high level of comfort with a toilet, sink, floor-to-ceiling rain shower, and a heated towel rack.
Another highlight of this beautiful home is its private sauna. If the weather isn’t on your side, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of this sauna.

You can park your car in a private parking space on the property. There is a dedicated bike storage area in a shed on the property. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The building has an elevator.
