Entire downstairs unit of a Duplex. Backyard is shared with upstairs unit. Recently renovated. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one bath, one shower). Well-equipped kitchen. 1Gb fibre wifi. Laundry & dryer. Living room opens up onto sunny backyard with seating, grill and vegetable garden. Quiet neighborhood with very easy street parking. Medium/firm new comfortable mattresses. Office room, Keypad entry for your convenience. Pets allowed with an additional fee $10/pet/day. No parties.

We had a great time exploring the bay area with this as our base. I had my elderly parents with me and we loved having everything on one level (they were able to handle the few stair out front when we left and came back to the place only once a day). The backyard is lovely and the neighborhood is lovely with everything you need close by. It was the perfect location to be able to explore everything that the bay area has to offer while also giving us a cozy place to call home for a few days. Would stay again!!!

This was one of the best experiences with a rental we have had! Girls trip for a 50th bday with ladies ranging from 19 to 50. There was plenty of room for 5 of us ladies without being on top of each other. Great location! We felt very safe and comfortable. Robert was quick to respond to our concerns (very minimal cleanliness (oven)) and offered a resolution immediately. We will definitely be staying here again! Heads up Rob, we will be looking for that repeat customer discount. Jk Very happy!

Very comfortable accommodations for our group of three with easy access to San Francisco and Oakland. Clear check-in and check-out instructions. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

The property is in okay neighborhood but was a dirty part of town. The outside was not kept up very well it didn’t have table and chairs and the couch was dirty and stained. Very unkempt back yard. T.V was apps like Hulu and as a group we have none so not much to watch but news. Robert was easy to work with just wished the reviews and property were like the pictures.
