Reviewer Comments:
Can't give compliments enough to Nicole for staying in touch to keep us updated on our upcoming stay at Cotton Patch. While I'd like to give a rave review, we didn't get to stay due to flooding. Will try again next year. Frio Family Getaway has always been our go to place to book cabins/houses. Always accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Reviewer Comments:
In 2025 we were prevented from staying here due to flooding, and this year we were prevented from leaving due to flooding on the Frio, but what a great place to get trapped. We had to stay for 2 extra days due to the inability to get out. We were high and dry and never in danger. With 2 littles, 5 teenagers, and 8 adults we had a great family vacation with all the room, and the pool. Property management kept us well informed, and even managed to get extra food flown in. We'll definitely be staying here again. Great memories, and sympathies for those who missed out on their vacation due to the flood.

Glad to have option to only stay 2 nights although would have enjoyed staying longer if we could have. Maybe next year.
