House was great! 5th bedroom is off of the garage! We got there and couldn’t figure out where the 5th bedroom was!! . Pool/spa heater has issues. The breaker has to be flipped and reset…once we figured that out it was fine. Just happened all the time! During the day we didn’t need the heater so all in all it worked out. They need to really look into getting that fixed! If you are renting in the cooler months but want the pool/spa….not sure this would be the place unless they get a new system.
