NICE PLACE WITH HAND SOAP, GARBAGE BAGS, TOILET PAPER, DIDNT NEED TO RUN OUT AND BUY THESE ,BIG BACK PORCH WITH HOT TUB THAT DONT WORK ,THE CON WAS WE FELT AS WERE GETTING RUSHED TO GET OUT THE CLEANING PEOPLE WAS PARKED OUTSIDE WAITING FOR US TO LEAVE AT 10AM EVERTHING WAS CLEAN BEDS WAS COMFY , HOST WORKED WITH US ON A PREVIOUS STAY WTH COMP NGTS AS WE HAD TO CANCEL, THANKYOU !

We loved that the property was clean, the snacks provided by the host, the amount of space for everyone! Getting on the main road was a little tricky due to no red light, however, the location was amazing to get to Soaky Mountain water park!The beds were comfortable, the showers had great pressure, the back porch was great for the morning coffee and time to relax in nature!We definitely recommend! Can’t wait for our next vacation!

I was very happy with this property. It was great because it was easy to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. When I had questions for the owner she responded right away. I had a family member leave something behind and they found it and had it for us to pick up. All of us that stayed there found the place cute and comfortable. There is some road noise but that didn't bother me at all. In the mornings you can hear the helicopters taking off to give people rides over Gatlinburg. Check in was super easy and everything is close by. We had two cars that fit in the driveway There is a river on the property that is great to look at and peaceful. Safety is number 1 for me and I felt safe every day. The beds were comfortable and no one complained. I would book this property again.
