À propos de cette location de vacances
Spacious two-level country house offering beautiful views of the countryside and distant sea. Several charming sandy coves are just a 5- to 10-minute drive away, and the nearest village, S’Horta—featuring a small supermarket, bakery, bars, and banks—is also only a few minutes away by car.
The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with access to both the kitchen and a lovely covered terrace. The furnishings have been refurbished in a vintage style. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms: one is furnished with twin beds and has a separate bathroom with a shower, while the second offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All three bathrooms have been recently renovated. A utility room is located in the outdoor area at the back of the house.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (operating from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and central heating.
A beautiful, curved 10 x 4.5-meter pool, surrounded by several palm trees, sits in front of the terrace. A built-in barbecue is located by a covered terrace, perfect for long "al fresco" barbecue evenings. There is also a second dining area on the terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding countryside.
The statutory eco-tax is not included in the accommodation price and is charged separately.
