Enjoy this beautiful second-floor condo with spectacular golf course views located in the River Creek 1 neighborhood of Sea Trail. This two-bedroom villa features two double beds in bedroom 1 and two double beds in bedroom 2, each with a spacious bathroom attached. This unit is accessible by stairs only; no elevator in the building.

Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Older rental with clean and reasonable priced rates. Great locations for beach & restaurant access.Host was exceptional in communicating details and needs of the trip!

Overall this was a great stay! We just took a mini vacation and we enjoyed our stay. It’s very close to the beach, not far from calabash if you want more dining options and it’s a very peaceful place. The place you could tell had some updates. We loved the fact you have a separate space attached to the apartment it made it very spacious and where you had all you need on either side! The only downside was the beds were not very comfortable and could benefit from better pillows and the guest pool was under reconstruction but that’s minimal since you still have the beach so close by. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a wonderful property! It is extremely spacious with all that you could possibly need during your stay. It was peaceful sitting on either of the two balconies in the unit. I loved it and will look forward to staying here again!

The property was good. We were surprised that the second bedroom was actually another space connected to our rental. Wish we had know that earlier. That space was not as nice because of the carpet. They Sea Trail property was very good with communication and the check in process was easy.
