Located in one of the finest areas of Marina di Ragusa, in a slightly elevated position above sea level and immersed in a quiet and elegant setting, the property - rented for exclusive use - is about 300 meters away from the beach. It is also close (10 minute-walk) to the central and lively area of Marina di Ragusa, with shops, cafes and restaurants.
The interior of the villa is divided into a large living area with open kitchen and three double bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom (a fourth tiny bathroom is accessible from the outside, in the pool area).
The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The green outdoor area, the spatious swimming pool and the large solarium will offer you a time of total relax.
There is also a private parking area.

From Marina di Ragusa it is indeed easy to reach Scicli (12 km), Ragusa Ibla (18 km), Modica (30 km), Noto (70 km), and all the places of Inspector Montalbano (the popular television version of the novels by Andrea Camilleri) . It is also possible to go on a day trip to Mount Etna (135 km), and to admire the Greek-Roman sites of the Valley of the Temples near Agrigento (139 km), Syracuse (106 km) and Taormina (182 km).
The touristic port of Marina di Ragusa is perfect for those who wish to rent a boat, while the port of Pozzallo, located 32 km from Marina di Ragusa, has direct connections by ferry to Malta (less than two hours).

We had a fantastic one-week stay at Villa Marina. There were four of us in total – two parents and two adult children. The house was perfect for our family, with three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone.The swimming pool was absolutely wonderful, and we spent many relaxing hours there throughout our stay.Marina di Ragusa is a charming seaside town with a beautiful beach and many excellent restaurants nearby. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet it is within easy walking distance of supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants, making our stay very convenient.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to return. We highly recommend Villa Marina!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Virginia, which exceeded our expectations. The pool is much bigger than it looks on the photos - it was a highlight of the holiday. The villa is well located, being able to walk to restaurants, but having bikes to use was a great idea, and these were used to pop to the beach. The villa was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication was clear and effective, and we received extra support on our late arrival. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and if returning to Marina Di Ragusa we would choose this villa! I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely villa, with an amazing pool and in the perfect location - close to beach and restaurants.
The town of Marina Di Ragusa is very Italian and very family orientated. We had a very relaxing week and Carmelo was kind enough to recommend and book a local restaurant for us, and the food was delicious!
We can highly recommend this villa and Sicily in general.

Brilliant villa and a really gorgeous pool. We stayed as a family of 5 adults (3 aged 18-21) and wanted somewhere convenient for bars & restaurants but still quiet and secluded. The villa offers all that and perfect privacy with 3 bedrooms, all en-suite. The bathrooms are lovely and the kitchen / lounge really comfortable and sociable. If returning to this area, I’d definitely book again.
