The house was beautiful , the host was amazing - had a lil hiccup with the A/C but the host came right out and did everything possible to fix it and make us comfortable . Such nice people

Great place. We were there for our girl's graduation. We will definitely be back!

Our host didn’t want to clear the driveway so he offered an alternative location. To accommodate his request, we accepted. Upon arrival of the (different) rental, we found this driveway wasn’t cleared of snow either forcing us to buy a shovel to get one of our vehicles into the driveway. Several attempts via phone call and text went unanswered the evening of arrival. We also found that some areas had not been cleaned and the two thermostats were set at 54 and 60. Needless to say, it was very cold when we arrived. When my son tried to use the tub/shower, the valve trim came right off (missing a set screw). All of this was communicated to the host. Instead of an apology, we got simple excuses and assured that the shovel purchase would be reimbursed. I typically don’t review (especially if I wasn’t pleased) but I think others need to know to lower expectations from this host.
