The 46-square-meter, two-room apartment is located in Scharbeutz at Am Hang 3. It is located 20 meters from the fine-sand beach of Lübeck Bay and features a south-west-facing balcony.
The Dünenmeile, which has been redesigned in recent years and features shops, cafes, and restaurants, is just a few steps away.
The apartment is on the first floor (with an elevator) and features a newly renovated shower room with a sink, toilet, and heated towel rack. In the small bedroom, you’ll find two single beds measuring 0.80 x 2.00, which can also be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a small drawing table. We also have some toys and beach toys ready for your little ones.
The living room features a cozy sofa area, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats four.
Hidden behind a partition and thus shielded from prying eyes is the 1.60 m wide double bed. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV here.
The kitchen has been newly equipped and features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a 4-burner induction cooktop, and an oven. A coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle round out the amenities.
The residential complex features a heated outdoor pool, which is available for our guests to use during the peak season.
A washing machine and dryer are available to tenants in the residential complex for a fee.
The following items are also available upon request: a travel crib, a safety gate, and a high chair.
