600m from the sea and close to the shops, with family or friends, the Villa des Agapanthes is perfect for having a good time!
You can get around on foot or by bike to enjoy the beach, the water sports centre, the shops or just have a drink on the terrace with a view of the sea.
On the first floor, kitchen, small TV room with table football, dining room, bathroom with bath and shower, toilet, a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a king size bed and two single beds on the mezzanine.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed, a bathroom, WC.
You will also enjoy a 50m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
What better way to relax than a game of pétanque on the bowling alley while the children have fun on the playground (slide, swing, bridge...) in the 2000m2 garden with trees.
Also available are books, toys and board games.
Located 40 minutes from Brest and Oceanopolis, and 45 minutes from the island of Batz, the house can also be the starting point for beautiful excursions thanks to the GR34.
