There are few units in PCB with balconies this large. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV w/cable, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a shower bench, safety bar, and double shower heads. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own oversized closet and Smart TV w/cable. The second bathroom also has a large, walk-in shower with bench and double shower heads. The unit has a spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well.

- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.)
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
