Welcome to Patriot House, a spacious triple-level beachfront home where the Gulf of Mexico is right outside your door. Wake up to the sound of the waves, spend your days with your toes in the sand, and enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from three spacious decks. Designed for families and friends who love the beach and plenty of room to spread out, this retreat is ideal for two or three families vacationing together, offering comfortable shared spaces along with private areas to relax and unwind.
The home has been thoughtfully expanded to accommodate larger groups, with two additional bedrooms on the ground level, each featuring its own full bathroom and shower. The top level now includes an additional full bathroom and laundry area, adding even more comfort and convenience during your stay. Spend your days enjoying the beach just steps away, gathering with family and friends, or relaxing on one of the three decks while taking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. With its generous layout and updated accommodations, Patriot House is the perfect place for making memories together while everyone still has room to enjoy their own space.

Top Level (3rd Floor): 4 bedrooms + 2 full baths, washer/dryer, and a second kitchen with direct deck access on the roadside
Important Note:
The top level (3rd floor) is accessed from the roadside deck — no interior stairs connect the levels. To reach the main deck or lookout deck from the top floor, guests can either pass through the main level or use the exterior stairways.

We rented the house with 7 couples for a weekend. Location is great and the house was as described. One of the girls did leave her wedding ring behind in one of the bedrooms and it is yet to be recovered.......

The property was in a great location however it was not really noted beach access was down the road and not accessible from the house. The house is definitely older with rotten pylons, back deck is in horrible condition and extremely sketcy, boards were not screwed down due to rotten boards and the top deck wobbles pretty bad. The bottom floor room smelled bad and was dingy feeling, middle floor was better but bedding was stained and looked dirty so we washed before using. Top floor and front deck were nice. Overall a great place for large groups although the property needs some TLC.
