A charming home with half-timbering on the first floor; the entrance opens to the left into a large living room featuring a large fireplace perfect for cozy fires (wood is provided). To the right is a dining room with a table that seats 12 people.
The fully equipped kitchen (with plenty of dishes) is adjacent, where you’ll find all the necessary appliances, as well as the laundry room, which includes a washer, dryer, and two refrigerators.
You reach the upper floor via an oak staircase. Here, there are 5 bedrooms with double beds (two with 160 beds and three with 140 beds; one bedroom also has a 90 bed). The bedding is new. Pine hardwood floors throughout the entire floor.
For your comfort, you’ll also find two bathrooms.

Outside, there’s a terrace in front of the house facing southwest. At your disposal: patio furniture, an outdoor table, a Weber grill… and a beautiful Norman garden spanning over 2,500 m².

You’re right in the heart of the bocage, just a few minutes from Pont-l’Évêque and its many shops, as well as the charming village of Beaumont-en-Auge. The coast is a 15-minute drive away, where you can visit the beautiful seaside resorts of Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur, Cabourg, and more…

Sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels are provided. The beds are made upon your arrival.
