Everything was really nice only thing I had to buy a coffee pot because I didn’t bring keurig pods but the place was clean the check in was a breeze ! Would recommend this place to others for larger family vacations ! We love lake Martin !!

Five bedrooms on the lake, with plenty of parking and a large dock. Marina with boat ramp 10 minutes away (5 minutes to get back to your dock). Two living areas and two kitchens! Ice maker as well. We had a fantastic time on 4th of July weekend.

Great location we really enjoyed it and will definitely consider this lake house again. We even had rain during our stay but with the activity that the host offered with the game room etc we never got bored.

Pros: Great views, easy access to lake, deep waterCons: First and second floors do not connect inside, AC was inadequate to keep us comfortably cool in July heat, basement bathroom barn door is not able to be locked and is not completely flush for privacy
