Enjoy a relaxing nature getaway in this charming wooden house accommodating up to 5 guests, nestled within a large wooded property in the heart of the Landes Forest.
Ideally located between Hossegor and Seignosse Océan, just 900 meters from Lake Hossegor and only a few minutes from the Atlantic beaches.
This is the perfect base to experience the best of the Landes region: cycling, surfing, swimming, forest walks, and pleasant moments surrounded by nature.
Numerous forest trails, cycling paths, and fitness tracks start right outside the property. The shops, markets, restaurants, and attractions of Hossegor and Seignosse are only a short drive away.
° A Warm and Comfortable Interior :
The bright living area opens directly onto a pleasant covered terrace overlooking the trees.
° The house features:
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar
- Dining area seating up to 6 guests
- Comfortable living room with a sofa bed and an additional single bed
- Separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)
- Bathroom with shower

° Outdoor Living Surrounded by Nature :
The spacious covered terrace is furnished with a large wooden dining table and sun loungers, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing in the forest setting.
After a day at the beach or exploring the cycling trails, you will appreciate the outdoor hot-water shower.
° Good to Know :
A second holiday home is located on the same large property, at the opposite end of the grounds. Each house has its own private entrance and private outdoor space, ensuring privacy for all guests.
To preserve the peaceful environment, parties and events are not permitted.
Maximum occupancy : 5 guests.
° Transparency About the Location :
The house enjoys a unique setting in the heart of the Landes Forest. It is also located close to the departmental road connecting Hossegor and Vieux-Boucau, which may generate some traffic noise depending on the time of day.
We prefer to mention this so that guests can book with complete confidence and no surprises upon arrival.

Lovely little lodge in amongst the trees with the forest opposite. Everything you need for you stay is provided and it has a great little covered porch area to dine and sit under in nice weather.

We had the most lovely stay! Veronique was a dream, spoke English well which was lovely. The house itself is a delight, to t had everything we needed, and is in a great location. It is on a road, so is a little noisy, but really, it didn’t bother us at all! The outside shower is such a treat after a long day at the beach/ exploring.

We loved our stay it was ideal for lazy nights relaxing with a BBQ and glass of wine after the beach. The House was lovely and clean with excellent outdoor space. It was the perfect holiday accommodation. We will definitely be back!
