The property was located within a 10-15 minute drive of white water rafting, zip lining, and the Bridge Walk. The boat was very responsive to questions. The home is as described and we enjoyed to hot tub!

Bobby our host came by and checked on our visit which was very nice. Everything was clean and ready to use. We even had baby birds on our deck!

We enjoyed a long weekend in Fayetteville, hiking and white water rafting and could not recommend Bobby’s home enough. It was as described, comfy beds, clean, great AC, conveniently located, and the hot tub felt great after a day on the river!

Great location if you’re looking to do water activities on the river but kitchen space was small and inadequate if you’re looking to cook for a group. The floor was dirty and a lot of stuff in the kitchen was not cleaned properly. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep for the night then you’ll be fine.
