As you enter the front door and see the spacious balcony overlooking the white sandy beaches, you will enjoy the best of Florida from the second you start your vacation. The large balcony is furnished with the most comfortable lounging seats to enjoy the morning tropical breezes or the incredible, picture worthy sunsets. Nice location. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Could use a very deep clean especially the bathrooms. Lots of hair noted on sheets and walls in master bathroom. The drying mat smelled gross and hand towels in the kitchen had hair (not ours) in them. For the money and service fees they charge I would think it would be cleaner. If you want to get a shaded table at the pool you need to be there right at 9a. Otherwise people would save the tables and not come down until 12 or 1p so nobody could use them and when the sun was blaring there are no other shaded spots. That was frustrating but that’s more on the management who didn’t enforce the rules than the owners of the rental. All in all we’ve been to this area several times and the location is great.
