Welcome to Seacrest, an ideal retreat offering the best of both adventure and relaxation! At Seacrest, you can unwind poolside in the resort's gazebo or enjoy a mouthwatering dinner cooked on the charcoal barbeque grills. The property's convenient location places you just a short drive away from the nearby OWA amusement park, along with mini- and big-boy golf courses. Return to your condo to relax in the pool or hot tub, or simply take in the breathtaking views from your private balcony. The complex also provides easy beach access via a boardwalk, and there's an outside shower to rinse off the sand.
This beautiful condo is the perfect haven for the entire family. With an overlooking balcony featuring views of the pool area, beach, and miles of the Gulf Coast, you'll be treated to the splendid surroundings. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed and a private bathroom. Enjoy cable TV or watch a movie using the DVD player on rainy days. The guest bedroom also offers a cozy Queen-size bed, complete with a TV and DVD player. Kids have their own bunk beds, and extra guests can use the sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare fantastic meals. You can dine in the living area or on the balcony to savor the views and refreshing ocean breezes. This condo is sure to make you want to return year after year.
For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February), a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made before October 1st. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Seacrest is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.
The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or through direct contact with our office. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Rental eligibility requires guests to be at least 25 years of age and provide photo ID at check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
For monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, feel free to inquire and make Seacrest your ideal destination for a wonderful vacation."

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean and beautiful, and the balcony with a beach view was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds, and I appreciated the easy access to the beach just below. It was great to see so many other children around, allowing my kids to make new friends!

Condo was great. Beach area was great and a very short walk from condo. Pool and hot tub were great. Our only complaint is that there is absolutely no shade in the pool area.The condo is a bit away from the main downtown area, making walking to things we wanted to see and do a bit of a challenge.The 2 balconies were nice, gave us a view of both the lagoon and the ocean.

Before we arrived to the unit, we were told that the clothes washer was not working and that it would be fixed halfway through our stay. Once we arrived, the floors were dirty. My toddler had black dirt all over his feet, knees, and hands after crawling on the floor for a few minutes. We let the management company know about the floors and they apologized and said that they would send a cleaner over to correct the problem. The cleaners never came during our 6 day stay. The washer was never fixed during our stay. The owner offered a 100 refund for the inconvenience of having to go without a washer. The management company couldn’t remember things that they told me via text and I was asked to send them a screenshot of text messages that they sent me. I was also told to call their maintenance to ask when the washer would be fixed. I loved the location and the owner seems nice, but the management company doesn’t seem to know what is going on and doesn’t follow through with what they tell you that they will do.
