Luxurious but rustic decor, beams, stained concrete floors, beautifully furnished. One large master bedroom, King bed, with red sliding barn doors, high-end pull out couch, Queen bed, in living room plus two twins configured in a day bed. High end linens. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, eating area for four. Bath with shower/tub. Full laundry room with portacrib and changing table. High chair. WiFi, Comcast cable, flat screen TV. Amazon Alexa music. Lovely, private patio with table and four chairs, umbrella and lawn. Webber charcoal grill. Parking. This cottage is built on a 1.3 acre ranch-house estate in the Arden Oaks neighborhood of Sacramento. Winner of 2014 Coty Award for houses built in the under $250,000 category, Sacramento region.

This is a lovely space in a gorgeous and peaceful neighborhood. We loved walking the neighborhood each morning and waving to the neighbors. The space itself is well appointed and relaxing-it is comfortable, quiet, spacious and well laid out. We loved meeting our hostess Sally, who introduced herself after our arrival, but then allowed us to have the space to ourselves for the whole stay. I would love to stay here again.

This was the best vacation rental I’ve ever booked. In every way. My husband and I stayed three nights. Our host came over and visited when we arrived. We enjoyed two lovely dinners outside because the weather was so nice. Inside was lovely, too. So easy to use kitchen, wonderful bed and large bathroom. Highly recommend for a long weekend for two.

Super cute place! When we walked in, the Beatles were playing, there were fresh flowers, and the place smelled wonderful. The most important thing in a rental to me is the comfort of the beds. This bed was awesome! Linens and decor were really fun! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. We bring our own dog furniture covers, but they do have dedicated blankets for them. Outside there are 2 padded Adirondack chairs that are sooo cozy. The property is beautiful, and so is the whole neighborhood. Our dogs loved the yard! We had to check out a day early due to our dogs freaking over the fireworks, but we would definitely return in the cooler weather. Thank you for having us, Sally. You have a real gem!
