When children are running through the grass, the dog is lying contentedly in the shade, and the aroma from the grill wafts through the garden, a summer day begins at the Opi Huck Stroot 42 vacation home.
This detached house is located in Dorum-Neufeld on the North Sea, just about 1,000 meters from the water—ideal for a North Sea vacation. With 68 m² of living space spread over two floors, it can accommodate up to six people.
Two carpeted bedrooms, a cozy living area with a wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure your comfort. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and tub, a guest restroom, as well as a washing machine, games, a crib, a high chair, and a stair gate—making it family-friendly and flexible.

The garden features sun loungers, a grill, and a patio. The fishing boat harbor, the Obereversand lighthouse, playgrounds, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Pets are welcome; up to two dogs may accompany you. There’s an electric charging station on the property, and free parking is available at the house—a vacation home for families on the North Sea, close to the beach, and with a garden.
