Welcome home to "No Holden Back", a beautifully renovated and updated beach home featuring all new baths, flooring, fresh paint and beautiful furnishings! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway from this beautiful property in the gated Holden Beach West community. This lovely 2nd row home offers lots of privacy, and is just a short walk across a quiet street to your convenient beach access. You will enjoy various outdoor porch spaces, offering spectacular views in all directions. Inside, you will be in awe of the spectacular water views from every room! A comfortable living area leads to an open gourmet kitchen with a huge center island, plenty of bar seating and a large dining table for gathering with friends and family! Plenty of windows and glass doors provide lots of natural light and views of the surrounding nature. A lovely master suite with window seat overlooking the marsh is just off the main living area and offers a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. You will find a convenient half bath and full size laundry area just off the kitchen. Upstairs you will find a nice recreation area with beautiful views, a convenient built in mini fridge & wet bar area. There is a day bed in this area that may provide two additional twin beds if needed. (Linens for the day bed are not included, but may be rented upon advance request.) The additional 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are located on this level, and area nice sized and well appointed. If your vacation dreams call for a peaceful beach retreat with all the modern comforts and spectacular views, "No Holden Back" is a great choice! **FIREPLACE NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS TO USE**

We stayed for spring break. Short walk to beach. Beautifully decorated. Huge kitchen that made it easy for multiple adults to gather in to cook meals. Lovely porch views in front & back that were perfect for having morning coffee & cocktails after a beach day. Loved this house. Would be great for a few families to share with the bunk room & day bed/trundle upstairs.

Our family of five adults and an infant stayed at this property for a week. The location and view and layout were great. We enjoyed hanging on the front porch during the day and back porch for the sunsets. And of course the walk to the beach. I will say the photos are misleading from a cleanliness and upkeep standpoint. There were busted tiles in the bathroom, algae growing in the shower, many light bulbs out, etc. And the cleanliness of the place was sub par. But overall we had a good time and would go again if the issues were addressed.

This was a great property for out multi-generational family with a well appointed Master on the first floor and 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The front and back porches had lovely views of the ocean and marshland and beach access was very easy.
