Living room: Large designer living room with double sofa bed, TV and large dining table under a glass roof, creating a convivial space.
Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with hob, microwave, oven, toaster and Nespresso machine.
Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, each with a double bed, offering comfortable and elegant sleeping spaces, two of which have a private bathroom.
Bathrooms: Three modern bathrooms, each equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer kits.
Toilets: Three comfortable toilets in the bathrooms.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* Only two of the four bedrooms have a window. The other two bedrooms and the three bathrooms have none, and the living area gets daylight only through the glass roof above the dining table. Air therefore circulates less easily, especially in the bathrooms. If sleeping with an open window matters a lot to you, please keep this in mind when sharing out the bedrooms.
* In one of the bedrooms, a boiler is installed in a cupboard and it can be heard in the room, including at night. This may bother light sleepers.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be in the 11th arrondissement, 150 m from Oberkampf metro station (lines 5 and 9), in a quiet 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) apartment with four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living area under a glass roof.
